Overheard: Parent Edition
All 4 older kids are down with a stomach bug. By 8:00 a.m., there have been 4 episodes of vomiting, several toilet disasters, and two fevers. I'm vacuuming and it's drowning out their cartoon.
"Well, if you all are going to be puking all over the carpet all day, I want it clean."
Nope. Doesn't make sense to me either ... and it came out of MY mouth.
